I knew I needed to go get groceries for next week, and I sat down for maybe 15 minutes and made a healthy week-long meal plan!
I thought it might be worth sharing! This is mostly only dinner, cause lunch and breakfast are typical cereal, oatmeal, leftovers etc. Saturday is indian food day, for the husband ๐
Saturday
- Brunch: Dosa + Sambar, Banana-berry smoothie
- Dinner: Stir-fry cabbage, Curd rice
Sunday
- Brunch: Tomato Couscous with stir fry veggies
- Dinner: Bean burgers with whole wheat bread and Carrot Soup
Monday
- Raw mango salad, Gazpacho soup, and one hard boiled egg
Tuesday
- Rice + Tofu stir fry with veggies
Wednesday
- Tuna salad sandwiches, Avocado sandwiches
Thursday
- Bean burgers, berry-banana shake
Friday
- Home-made pizza night! (links to the dough recipe I’ve used and loved!) with spinach salad
I am trying to estimate cost of groceries this week, I think it will be about $30, maybe lesser cause I have a lot of the things I need from last week. I’d rather eat this than eat out and splurge $30, only to feel bad afterward! ๐
